Stop Having Vivid Dreams

To help reduce or stop your vivid dreams, start by adjusting your bedtime habits and schedule.

Limit daytime naps to only when absolutely necessary, Cut out coffee at least four to six hours before bedtime, Eat dinner earlier in the evening and avoid late-night snacks,Turn off screens once you get in bed, Go to sleep at the same time each night, Make sure you get at least seven hours of sleep.
